- Recruitment: - Handled end to end recruitment for mid to Sr. Level role for entire Gujarat. Planned and executed Onroll recruitments, Scheduled interviews with the Ops team, taken final round of interview, negotiated on salary part, released offer letters, taken care of entire scheduling of Onboarding process, provided induction and ensured smooth onboarding.
- MIS: - Preparation, collation, updating of all employee data in the form of various reports of varied frequency, Handling escalation. Analyzing
& maintaining Attrition reports.
- Exit:- Taking care of Exit formalities of left employees (Onroll/ Offroll).
- Rewards & Recognition: - Organizing various engagement activities and festival functions, various events and other awareness programs, aimed at enhancing the sense of bonding and oneness amongst the employees.
- Employee Relations: - Interacting with employees regularly for understanding their issues and ensuring better relations, handling employee grievances. Taking Focus Group Meetings with various levels of employees.
