- Industry Sectoral overviews that ultimately support strategic selling initiatives within VMware - Receive and clarify assigned request; - Preparing preliminary scope by organizing scoping calls with requestors
- Negotiate and approve scope, milestones and timelines
- Deciding the research methodology, sources and type of data to be collected
- Study VMware product data sheets to identify product benefits & value propositions
- Tie industry drivers & challenges along with VMware value propositions
- Creating detailed value proposition slides, Using structured communication basics such as pyramid principle to create detailed decks with key messages
- Generate insight and conclusion - Maintaining and updating a database of industry drivers and KPIs
- Create models (quantitative/ qualitative) for industry benchmarks using these KPIs - Maintain and update internal tools and repository on a continuous basis
