Statutory Compliances & Legal Liaisoning

Labour Contract Management :

  • Identify the requirement of workforce. i.e. which type of labour required in how many numbers
  • Ensure statutory part of contractor before engage new contractors
  • Reference check with other side part of contractor before hiring contractor
  • Prepare and signed agreement with contractors
  • Issue form no. 5, work order, Agreement with contractor etc.
  • Ensure get & renewal of contract license before expiry of license
  • Ensure to get Registration before contract hiring and timely update registration when required
  • To understand the Requirement of Manpower of department, and to confirm the requirement of manpower in advance to allow lead-time required for getting the right people with detailed scrutiny
  • Verify all legal register and statutory compliance of contractors, Wages Register, Muster Roll, Wage Slip, ID Register, Adult Register, PF Challans, ESI Challans, P. Tax Challans, LWF, unpaid wages, timely distributed salary on presence of company representative & certified of wages register,
  • Labour contractor manpower joining formality with process payroll in matrix payroll System.
  • Handling labour contractor’s manpower attendance & Invoice verify along with statutory compliance documents.

Policy Implementation :

Additionally, we are introducing two new employee benefits:

1. NPS (National Pension System): This will provide our employees with a secure and flexible savings option for their retirement.

2. Food Meal Card (Zaggle): We will be offering a meal card that employees can use for food-related expenses, adding convenience and enhancing their overall benefits package.

I believe these initiatives will be highly beneficial to our employees and will contribute to their financial well-being.
