Project: Green field Project
Key Deliverables PTO & PAINT SHOP MACHINESHOP.
Work in Green field project, dealing with suppliers, installation & commissioning of facilities as well equipment.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spare parts, utilize CMMS systems, and perform cycle counts to ensure stock levels.
Perform with procurement to manage all execution activities necessary for maintenance as well as supervise and report every field event on related tracking databases.
Ordering and Procurement & Identify parts needs, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
Outsource Repair: Preparing RGP & NRGP to repair the machinery or parts repair.
Receiving and Storage: Oversee the receiving, labeling, and proper storage of spare parts.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of repairs, inventory changes, and performance data.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of equipment and machinery, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
Communication and Collaboration: Ability to communicate effectively with maintenance teams, production staff, and suppliers.
Problem-solving: Ability to diagnose problems and develop solutions.
Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and ensure proper storage
Localization: localize the spare parts to reduce store inventory
IMPORT & EXPORT: Coordinate with CHA /Customs & logistics team for Importing spare parts from overseas suppliers after placing PO
In Paint shop chemical Hazardous disposal by the act. Rules.
Knowledge of concepts like 5’s, Kaizen, TPM & Safety Standard.
Continuous working on bottleneck analysis and find out constraint.
Manage daily material schedules to meet production & delivery deadlines.
For lifting materials with forklift & moving to auto & semi auto truck.
Store material hazard identification & reporting like chemical, batteries, unsafe material staking.
All chemical MSDS are kept in store.
Material moving with right place sending & receiving in orders.
Key Deliverables: Apollo tire ltd.
Good knowledge of power distribution of L.T panels. PDB, MDB .LDB & RP PANEL.ACB circuit braker.
Looking at the Maintenance Stock department making a tire rubber part.
Maintenance of Extrusion machine, Temperature control unit, Continental machine, rubber sheet making machine
Troubleshooting of D.C & AC motor, dc & ac drive Eurotherm ,Yaskawa ,Rexroth servo drive , E+L camera centering system.
