• Segmentation of work, Alignment for all Countries Allocation. Maintaining Report on daily bases for Shipments count from all subordinates.

Application - CargoWise One, GSConnect, SAP, Dupont

• Trained on SIEBEL and UMOS tools to know customers credit-ability and geographical area where company can provide services.
• Investigated on Fraud customer's data, who requested for services with no identity in Australian govt., database.
• Used to contact with Brightstar, which is one of the largest courier companies in Australia to check handset availability with the help of Stock Keeping Unit of equipment.

• Trained on Export Documentation components for SEAGO (shipping for all countries under Mediterranean Sea) for 1 year, and then internally moved to support MSL & SAF (shipping for all countries throughout globe)
