This project focused on improving the customer experience by forecasting and Automating various operational aspects of Towel Dispensers using data analytics. I worked on data gathering from different inputs from customers and developing a predication on the uses of paper towels. The project aimed to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency at customer locations through predictive analytics.
