  • Daily interaction with clients via email, teleconference calls and video conferencing on fortnight basis for production updates. Also, managing Kickoff meetings, Business Review Meetings etc.
  • Maintaining quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA) and present the process Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a weekly basis.
  • Creating severity tickets as and when required for on time delivery of the databases. Also, providing RCAs to clients in case of late delivery or redelivery of databases.
  • Creating and maintaining the yearly database delivery plan for Australia and New Zealand country as per instruction received from onshore stakeholders.

Projects executed within TCS:
1. Re - run reduction project for Australia databases which get processed twice / thrice before delivering them . This was done within TCS and appreciated with Champion League award.
2. Cycle time reduction project for New Zealand database delivery (From D+7 to D + 5 ) . This is team work project of 15 members ( Onsite + Offsite ) and I was handling it as a module leader to maintain the quality of databases.
