  • Started with Service Desk / Monitoring team manager for 15 engineers.
  • Built new team for large projects for Edge Wifi support (approx 70) in 2017 and transformed into most efficient delivery team in 3 quarters.
  • In 2018 i took the charge to manage the team of Network & Network security engineers and built a new subgroup for our first complex Network as a Service customer in North America region.
  • This project was Zero Management escalation in Managed Services Delivery tenure of 4 years.
  • Team support multiple complex technologies like SD-WAN, WAN optimizer, Firewall, Load Balancer, Routing & Switching, Wireless, Network Access Controllers, etc.
  • In 2019 I have helped growth to build a new team for HPC delivery in Managed Services. Onboarded 15 + engineers and handed over to the new manager.
  • In 2019-2020 I was part of panel to hire Wintel and Linux resources for our large government customer in India to support their Open Stack Private cloud solution.
  • I have built virtual focus teams to support on escalated project from UK, where customer was unhappy with one of the MS delivery center in Sofia. We successfully transitioned them to Bangalore delivery support and recovered the customer confidence in 1 year.
