Responsibility:

· To provide uninterrupted infra services to operators in cluster by ensuring optimum utilization of resources on 24*7 basis. It involves direction, development and controlling of field staff responsible for site operations.

· Coordinate all Cluster Supervisor, Technician and vendor for ensuring no power issue and Manage Infra Uptime as per MSA and SLA guideline (99.99% as per MSA/KPI’s) at all cluster sites and Managing the P&F Cost with in Laid down limit.

· Identify and execute the processes required to optimize in Energy cost, manage the site stability by taking corrective actions for failing sites, replacement of faulty equipment, replenishment of required infra equipment etc.

· Responsible for PM/CM Of all Passive Equipment SMPS (Delta, Eltek,Delta, Exicom), Batttery Bank ( Exicom, Coslight , Vision) , DG (Eicher, M&M , KOIL) , Aircon ( Spacmaker, Ecme,Schnider) Other Controllers ( SADMAC, Procom, Linage, Uthopia, Intelux) And PIU/PMU in all Range.

· Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and their remedy action, Rectification/Reduction in EB average bills, Minimizing EB faults, Facilitating in converting non EB sites to EB sites.

· Responsible for Outage sign off, Power and Fuel (P&F) sing off from Customer.

· Carrying out the Preventive & breakdown maintenance (PM) and DG servicing schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of Utility of all infra Equipment as per standard process & AMC.

· Review and analyses the repeat failure cases and take immediate corrective and preventive actions to avoid any repeat failure.

· Responsible for SO7 process through Signal Processing System.

· Coordinate with SCM and Finance for AMC, Vendor payment, access issue and replacement procurement.

· Planning & Cost control and ensure that the operation is running on schedule and within the budget

· Fault reduction & management, Power & Fuel, Site management from technical perspective, Energy management, owner issues clearance, Data management, Site cleans (Hygiene of site) etc.

· Configuration of all Equipment with IPV4, IPV6, BDI.

· Working with LSMR of 850 MHz, 1800 MHz, and 2300 MHz SA Alarm, Temip, Putty, for Router Alarm Testing.

· Team management handle with supervisor and technician, (58 Technical and 6 unskilled Maintenance Vehicle Staff) handle.

Responsibility:

· Installation, commissioning and Maintenance of DG sets with AMF Panels, precessions Air Conditioning, Battery Bank, PIU, Power Plant Etc. Responsible for 100% availability of utilities, Power Back up require for Operation of a communication Network.

· Compliance for updating site data base, active equipment and tenancy data on monthly basis.

· Planning & Management of human and material resources for execution of maintenance work order (Routine and Preventive).

· Resolution of all the Critical, major and minor O&M related alarms. Responsible for handling the contractor for execution of work in quality in stipulated time.

· Responsible for handling quality work regarding civil and electrical work.

· Monthly electricity Bill report. Preparation of Monthly Diesel and Electricity consumption report. Supervision of Electrical work at new BTS sites.

· Leading the O&M for Surat dist. Daily follow up and send report to HO Ahmedabad.

· Team management handle with supervisor and technician, more than 27 people handle.
