One of the common workday themes is get things done in rapid pace. To achieve this goal workday salesforce QA team has automated all existing test cases segregated into sales, services and support modules. As part of this project, we have used Sauce Labs to implement multi browser and multi platform automation testing. We have automated all support modules and working on automating both sales and service modules.

Responsibilities:

• Automating Salesforce test cases for sales, services and support tracks designed by QA team using TestNG framework.
• Good understanding on workday salesforce modules that include sales, support and service tracks.
• Completely automated workday support module test cases.
• Worked on automating sales module test cases.
• Participated in daily scrum meeting with offshore to discuss status of project and know road blocks.
• Collaborated with offshore team members and proposed new ideas to effectively enhance Automation Framework.
• Worked closely with Dev and QA team to make sure Automation is working as per requirements.
• Used Service Now to raise any defects or requests to update test scripts which are incomplete or not available.
• Used QA Complete as test script management tool.
• As part of developing automation scripts went through all test scenarios and did extensive manual testing to make sure everything is working as expected and understand the process to deliver quality output.
• Support team used automation scripts to do all regression tests for all projects which is helping them improve QA time.
• Used Sauce labs for cross browser testing.

Gusto is a company that provides a cloud-based payroll, benefits, and human resource management software for businesses based in the United States. In this project I was involved in developing robots using UiPath tool. I have developed automations using UiPath for NHE, Terms, Updates processes of different benefit carriers and was involved in maintaining the bots. To support the business process, we have integrated salesforce application with UiPath tool.

Responsibilities:

• Worked closely with business users in identifying and defining the requirements and analyze them.
• Analyze the feasibility of existing process suitable for automation.
• Worked with Business Teams to create PDD (Process Definition Document).
• Solid design, coding, testing, deploying and maintaining the robots using UiPath.
• Worked on logon to websites, searching in website, submitting, or updating the records on website.
• Worked on Integrating Salesforce and UiPath.
• Used RE framework for developing the Unattended robotic bots using UiPath to automate business process.
• Used Credential Manager and Orchestrator Assets for maintaining, securing and retrieving the user credentials.
• Used UiPath automation elements such as Mouse, Keyboard and Attribute to automate the sequence activities.
• Ensures reusable components are designed and developed where applicable.
• Implemented selectors for interacting with window and web browsers for continuous navigation of applications.
• Used Data Scraping method for extracting structured data from browser applications or documents into a CSV file or Excel Spread sheet.
• Used Excel automation for repetitive Excel data entry, appending and for comparing columns.
• Handled exceptions using Try-Catch activity.
• Handled the Execution of project in UiPath Robot.
• Deployed the process in UiPath Orchestrator and scheduled their execution.
• Implemented End to End Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath.
• Configured the Bots and deploying processes and scheduled the jobs in UiPath Orchestrator.
