• Handling Internal Recruitment (Mid, Senior level & leadership)

• Vendor management

• Responsible for recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes, coordinating & conducting interviews

• Working on making networks on different platforms like LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, Updazz, Cutshort and other platforms

• Reviewing candidate’s experience, negotiating salaries

• Managing sourcing channels to create talent pool

• Maintaining database and preparing daily tracker

• Taking care of the documentation, salary discussion , releasing the LOI and offer letter.

• Doing regular follow ups on with the yet to join candidate.

• Taking care of the Flight tickets and accommodation for the out station candidates who join the Head office.

• Taking an update from the other city managers regarding the existing employees and hiring requirement.

• Interacting with the Mangers regarding the hiring status.

• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
• Implement new sourcing methods through various Channels
• Research and choose job advertising options
• Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
• Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
• Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Motivate team members
• Client Handling
• On-boarding the new client and work on the requirements share by the stake holder
• Following up on the feedback, Selection and Joining dates with the stake holder.

• Sourcing/Screening profile from job portals (Naukri & Monster)
• Conducting HR interview (HR screening) for shortlisted profiles
• Sharing the shortlisted profiles to Panel to Select the profiles
• Follow up with Selected Candidates for documentation until their D.O.J
• Handling and Managing Prime Vendors of the company
• Participating in Campus hiring & Job fairs.

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social websites
• Shortlisting the candidates based on the requirement of the process
• Screening and Briefing the candidates for future rounds of interview
• Coordinating with the evaluators and ops managers for feedback and selection
• Presentation of the LOI
• Induction calling
• Handling and Managing Vendors of the Company
• Participating in Campus hiring & Job fairs.
