Bid Management - Owning, leading, anchoring, and driving deals with Sales, Presales, and larger ecosystems for selected RFP/RFI/RFQs for end-to-end bid management process to devise solutions aligned with client's business objectives for complex programs

Market Research and Competitor Analysis - Analyzing competitors' bids and strategies to develop a highly competitive advantage bid

  • Conduct market research to identify potential projects and understand market trends and client needs

Proposal Writing and Development - Help identify, create, and articulate key messaging within the context of proposal writing, break complicated subject matter, and write clear, concise, and persuasive messages

• Generate High-impact sales material such as Knowledge Management documents, proposals, and presentations that help differentiate Capgemini in the eyes of the client, generally senior management

  • Responsible for reviewing and proofreading proposals, responses, and client presentations for quality cohesiveness of win themes, the accuracy of content, brand standards, grammar, and sanity check of the submission deliverables
  • Involved in the preparation of proposal documentation, including executive summaries, technical specifications, pricing, and other relevant sections

• Identify the right profiles for the bid team (Solution Architect, Sales Delivery, etc.), demonstrating leadership qualities and ability to mentor

• Identify value drivers fitting with client and opportunity situation, develop value messaging and positioning based on joint value creation, and develop a proposition plan mapping value drivers/targeted units/ phasing/resources

Stakeholder Communication - Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients during the bid process • Communicating the bid progress, updates, and clarifications to internal stakeholders and clients

Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate and organized bid documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

• Generating reports on bid performance, including win/loss analysis and lessons learned

Strong knowledge of sales processes and the IT market for large, global service providers
