Description: The unified Case Management(UCM) product supports HSBC’s Compliance function in combatting financial crime by strengthening the organizations ability to manage financial crime investigations and gather a global view of customer activities which informs the business of associated risks for servicing those customer

Role& Responsibilities:

• Developed, implemented, and maintained automated test scripts for web applications using Selenium WebDriver and Java .
• Integrated test cases with Jenkins to support CI/CD processes, enabling continuous automated testing during the development lifecycle.
• Led the automation of regression and smoke tests , improving testing efficiency by 40%.
• Conducted API testing using Postman and Rest Assured , ensuring reliable backend services and smooth integrations.

Description: As part of TCoE(Testing Center of Excellence) team involved in test automation for the Provider Resource Gateway(ePRG) project, "ePRG" is Provider Portal,where patient management tools are a click away, one can quickly and effectively Verify patient eligibility, effective date of coverage and benefits, View and submit authorizations and referrals, View claims status, Submit referrals to Disease Management, Utilize Risk Adjustment Processing System (RAPS) tools and Link to health plan formularies

Role& Responsibilities:

• Automated the functional and regression testing for a large-scale healthcare application using Selenium .
• Reduced manual testing efforts by 50% by implementing automation for critical workflows and high-risk areas.
• Wrote and executed SQL queries to validate data in MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency across the application.
• Developed performance test scripts using JMeter , identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.

Benefit Build Automation (BBA) is the process of automating the loading process of benefits and groups in the client’s enrolment system using Ab-Initio Process using a Web Application called Figaro.

Role& Responsibilities:

• Assisted in developing automated test scripts for Selenium and JUnit in an Agile testing environment.
• Wrote unit tests for Java-based applications, ensuring the integrity and correctness of the application features.
• Collaborated with manual testing teams to identify automation candidates and developed corresponding scripts.
• Performed API testing for integration points using SoapUI and Postman .
