- Data Collection and Analysis: Detected the political pulse, of different demographics,and geographic through rigorous primary and secondary research in Andhra Pradesh.
- Led a team to Conduct comprehensive surveys to evaluate government performance, public expectations, and market trends, refining product offerings. Collect extensive data from over 200 villages, interviewing at least 10 individuals per village, and amassing valuable insights to help the government identify and address gaps in public facilities.
- Led a large team to analyze state-wide data, identifying over 10,000 issues per district and presenting findings to the government stakeholders to resolve the issues.
- Program and Product Development: Oversaw the creation and implementation of five key programs and products, guiding them from conception through design, implementation, and adoption. Focus areas included health, education, sports, essential services, and enhancing the government's public image
- Under the educational sector, I led a team that designed the School Development and Propagation Program for the Andhra government under the flagship Nadu-Nedu Scheme
- The program focused on Upgrading school infrastructure and integrated IT services to enhance institutional efficacy and disseminate government success stories across the state
- Crafted a state health program known as Arogyashree, the largest public health delivery system in the country
- Through this program, we have treated and tested approximately 80% of households in the state, ensuring basic health checkups for both communicable and noncommunicable diseases
- Camps have been set up at every Sachiwalayam (Gram Panchayat or ward), guaranteeing a camp for every 1,000-household area.
- Liaised with Political Stakeholders (MLA’S , MP’S, MLC’S) including party leadership and workers. Ensured effective product integration and execution by key stakeholders within the system.
- Strategy and Execution: Developed and implemented successful business and marketing strategies, boosting vote share and product success
- Business and sales : ensured each MLA to spend atleast 25 Cr in each of thier constituencies through our campaigns to modify party and candidate image.
