· Working as a core team member directly under Mr. Prashant Kishor, the then INC’s chief election advisor, I was part of the think tank responsible for framing & implementing strategy/policy for INC topmost leaders including then incumbent president. This think tank was also responsible for strategizing and executing, the state wide election campaigns. Primarily driven by data, concurrent situation & people sentiment/mood these campaigns touched nearly 230 million people directly for the Indian states of U.P. & Punjab collectively.

· Had to wear different hats as per situation .Work profile broadly rotated among data crunching to various profiles of Management. Handled a team of around 100 members. Team comprises of Core Team Members, Central Resource Managers (CRM), Area Resource Coordinators (ARC), Team Leads (TL) & Volunteers.

· Designed community-based programs assessing the needs and resources existing within a community and involving community stakeholders in the process. Attempted to create a sustainable and equitable solution to address the community's needs for Uttar Pradesh and Punjab elections. Progressive experience in planning, implementation and monitoring these programs with improved evidence based decision making. Efficiently co-designed conceptual frameworks, manifestos and evaluation reporting of findings as per state context regulations.

· Coordinated with the Central/State Government(s) Officials in different modes for effective implementation and to accelerate progress, equity, impact in upcoming UP & Punjab elections.

· Executed operation management of all the campaigns in Agra/Gurdaspur (UP/Punjab) Zone. Successfully conducted campaigns such as D2D, Video Vans , Bike Rally, Voter Registration Drives etc.

· Did both Primary & secondary research to understand the key issues, political and media stories, key-influencers, competitors and winnability of the candidates.

Successfully established a non branded Ed Tech business hub starting from scratch in a completely new location within 9 months as my first business project without any prior experience.Competed with renowned market competitors such as Fiitjee, Resonance, Catalyser, Mitesh Rathi Classes etc.
