• Responsible for Design of OSS tools, Cramer and OSM products, leading the user requirements, converting to user stories, and testing of developed functionalities end-end
• Responsible for Integration of OSS domain, handing data modelling, scripting and acceptance testing

• Leaded the OSS Transformation project - Deployment of Cramer Inventory tool in TCL Operations
• Managed back-office provisioning tasks for Telecom Services (NPL/IPL/ILL/DWDM)
• Designing of circuits, inventory resources feasibility and allocation
• Working with Customer Project managers for RFS of customer service
