Design and development of heavy duty products like FH/FM /FMX trucks. Closely working with XF team members and have hands on experience on tools like Jira, KOLA, Catia and Windchill.

• Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to enhance and improve product design and performance. Played a key role in improving safety performance metrics such as Head Injury Criterion (HIC) results to meet EURONCAP standards.
• Cost Reduction Initiatives: Proposing weight and cost reduction ideas to improve tool costs and achieve commonization across different brands and variants, leading to significant cost savings.
• Technical Expertise: Applied technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to address and overcome engineering challenges. Responsible for delivering reviewing and approved engineering designs changes during release, ensuring they met all requirements and standards in given time line.

• CAVA Compliance: working and training the people CAVA tools to ensure vehicle designs to met regulatory and compliance standards.
• Project Management: Managing project with primary focus on design, cost and quality. Initiating design reviews with in the team to understand the challenges and requirements, documenting lessons learned , and prepared final reports to ensure the continuous improvement.

• Design and development for Front/ Rear Bumper parts and their assembly by considering all manufacturing processes, specification and designing guidelines.
• Worked for Clients- PSA, BMW and Daimler.
• Technical Expertise: Responsible for designing creating Parametric modelling, coordinating with various departments, concept feseabilty, requirement from customer(SOR) and ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly.
• Possess a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the project and provide engineering support and expertise throughout the project
  lifecycle.
• Department activities like budgeting, cost effective solutions, quality checks, tracking project activities etc.
• Project Coordination: Perimeter change request, follow timeline as per customer request.
• Communicate with counterparts offshore India on quality deliverables, design & timeline.
• Identify the RED points in the project and get it approved or solved before any major release is done to the customer. Good skills of building networking with people inside and out side department.

  2019: Overseas Training:
• Completed a 6-week training at Plastic Omnium Sigmatech in France.
  Successfully delivered the PSA P24 project, leading to the launch of the New 2008 on the road.
  
  2021: Onsite Experience in Munich:
• Served as a Resident Engineer (RE) for 11 months in Munich.
• Worked on the MMA C17X Daimler project, focusing on the front and rear bumper assembly.
• Visualized and assembled pre-prototype parts for the front bumper assembly. Gained valuable experience in team handling, managing diverse skill sets both on-site and offshore in India.
