• Prepared detailed investor decks from DRHPs/RHPs for roadshows across sectors like transformers, wastewater, forging, refractories, and retail fixtures, etc.

• Assessed IPO eligibility of companies by evaluating SEBI and stock exchange listing criteria, including profitability, net worth, and capital structure.

• Part of Statutory audit of a rural cooperative bank having over 85 branches in Gujarat.
• Branch audit of union bank in Ahmedabad Scrutinizing KYC and other compliances, loan disbursement procedures, internal controls, preparing Long form audit report (LFAR).
• As a member of a project finance team, I was responsible for the preparation of Credit Monitoring analysis (CMA) reports, drafting bank request letters, and resolutions on behalf of clients for two loans.
• Filed monthly GST returns 30+ clients up to turnover of over 40cr and understood various aspect and compliances of the GST framework.
