• Identification and development of system and sub-system boundaries with mark-up of PFDs and P&IDs.
• Prepared the completion management database for the RUF project using the in-house CENTENARY Completion Management System.
• Preparation and planning of pre-commissioning and commissioning procedure.
• Preparation of startup markup and procedure as licensor guidelines.
• Walk down at the site as per the P&ID drawing, and closing the punch points.
• Preparation and planning of various pre-commissioning activities at the site (passivation, lube oil flushing, rotomol cleaning).
• Site coordination during reciprocating compressor startup.
• Provided technical support during start-up, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.
• Development of BFD, PFD, P&ID, and MSD.
• Knowledge of International Codes and Standards, such as API-520 and API-521.
• Sizing of PSV, and line sizing.
• Hands-on experience in developing PSFD and P&ID for LP Separator.
• Sizing Pressure Safety Relief valve as per API-520/521 for Separator and analyzing various cases like blocked outlet, External Fire and inlet control valve failure.
