Responsibilities:


  • Managing clients and investigation cases primarily for the west zone (Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Gujarat) as de-facto in-charge of the company's office in Mumbai.
  • End-to-end management of cases across three departments, namely Due Diligence, Investigations and Critical Hire Checks.
  • Project executions across various sectors like Pharmaceuticals, Finance, Manufacturing, Banking etc, by indulging in case planning, research, field coordination, on ground inquiries, report writing and report reviewing of the cases.
  • End-to-end project management and execution across various cases pertaining to skip tracing, digital forensics, vendor kickback frauds, whistleblower investigations etc.
  • Help the team in strategizing ways to ensure cost savings on cases by optimum utilization of resources.
  • Assisted seniors in report presentations to the clients and business development, and independently handled few clients across the cases.
