• Conducted thorough reviews of Test Scripts with Architecture team to optimize and deploy Testing strategies for application
• Initiated Automated Testing for Regression Testing, involved in creating basic framework, identifying Key Test scripts for Regression Testing

• Conducted analysis into Change Management Issues and Suggested Improvements in EIS after last upgrade, which later became part of Productivity improvement Project
• Consulted with product development teams to enhance products based on QOS done by Support Team and looked for Permanent fixes for recurring L1 Issues.
