• Construction of Storm Water Channel works in Taloja Panchanand Nagar Phase II area at Kalamboli Node, Navi Mumbai. (Cost of Completion – Rs. 272.62 lakhs.
• Construction of 20m Storm Water Channel and allied works through power corridor in Phase I, Taloja Panchanand Nagar, Navi Mumbai. (Cost of Completion – Rs. 443.24 lakhs.
• Development of balance infrastructure works in Sector - 15 at Taloja Panchanand Nagar, Phase-I, Navi Mumbai. (Cost of Completion - Rs. 391.84 lakhs.
• Repairs & maintenance of various infra-structure works including Roads, Footpath, Raising Sewer line manhole chambers & allied works in Sectors-2,4,5,7,8,9,10,11 &14 at Taloja Panchanand Nagar, Phase-I, Navi Mumbai. (Cost of Completion - Rs. 102.85 Lakhs)
• Construction of a slip road (RHS) and allied works at the ROB near the village of Pendhar in Taloja Panchanand Nagar, Phase II, Navi Mumbai. (Cost of Completion - Rs. 120.04 lakhs.
