Leading the compounding section in the unit, overseeing the manufacturing of PVC/UPVC pipes and hoses, analyzing root causes to ensure consistent and defect-free products before market release.

• Led the compounding unit's R&D Department, gaining practical experience in formulation for the manufacturing of pipes and fittings. Developed skills in a dynamic production environment and learned key problem-solving techniques over a three-month period.

• Study Of Mechanical and Thermal Properties of Toughened Polycarbonate (PC) using Multi-walled Carbon Nanotube (MWCNT). This hybrid fabrication improved the mechanical strength, thermal, and electrical conductivity of the composite. MWCNT content ranged from 1 to 5 phr in the micro-compounded PC/MWCNT composites. The application for this research included military accessories, aerospace, and automotive body parts.

• Reviewed a paper regarding the Waste management. The study discussed pollution, types of plastic, their source of segregation, and their generation in India as well as worldwide. The salient features of the PWM Rule and observation were also discussed. The conclusion highlighted that pollution is due to a lack of awareness and that recovering plastic waste should be a shared responsibility.
