• Role : Solution Designer and Developer
• Description : Remove errors for IDOCs in SAP
• Technologies and Applications involved : AA v11, SAP, VB Scripts, SQL, Metabots, SharePoint

• Extracting IDOC details from SAP.and insert to the database.
• Determine the scenario using the IDOC error description.
• Execute clearing error process based on scenarios.
• Extract the processed details from database and save it in sharepoint.

Project 2 - Micro Testing Samples

• Description : Update Sample Results to SAP

• Download PDFs from various labs received in mail boxes.
• Extract details from the PDF using ABBYY in case of external labs and from lims application using API in case of internal lab.

• Update in results in SAP which were extracted from PDF or lims application.
• Upload the data to SharePoint based on the sample type and plant location.

Project 3 - RC Russian AP Invoice Posting

• Extract cart details from SED website and PDFs using ABBYY in case of SED.
• Extract details from the website and xml in case of Kontur.
• Insert the details to the SQL database.
• Fetch records from the database and validate in data in one nav and post the order.

Project 4 - FA Banfield

• Description : Post source lines in Banfield portal

• Create Mass Additions daily
• Extract source lines for mass additions and upload to database.
• Fetch source lines one by one from database and process them.
• Create post mass additions if at least one item is successfully posted.

Project 5 - Radar To Veritas

• Download the input file containing recipe details for Pet, Food and Confectionary segment.
• Navigate to the respective tree structure folder in Radar for each recipe
• search the recipe and process it.
• Send the recipe to Veritas application for interfacing.

Project 6 - Recipe Validation

• Description : Validate published and new recipes

• Get the published recipes details from different sites in form of Xml
• Compare each recipe in the xml with new recipes present in a different folder.
• In case of matching, compare the percentage of recipe.
• Upload the output excel with matched and unmatched details in sharepoint and send a copy to business

Project 7 - Veritas Update Output Materials

• Role : Solution Designer and Developer
• Description : Update recipes with the help of specification number
• Technologies and applications involved : AA v11, Metabots, Veritas web application, SharePoint
• Core Responsibilities :
• Fetch the input file with specification number from sharepoint.
• Upload the data to database.
• Pick each specification number from database, and update the recipes with the help of specification number.
• And the bot will update the status in the input file and upload it to sharepoint.

Project 8 - Outstanding Orders

• Role : Solution Designer and Developer
• Description : Send notification to vendors for the orders
• Technologies and applications involved : AA v11, Metabots, SAP, PDF Creator
• Core Responsibilities :
• Download input data containing PO and vendor numbers from SAP.
• Perform different kind of filter operations based on the plant to get working data.
• Group data for each vendor and download order details as PDF for the Purchase orders corresponding to respective vendors.
• Send email to the vendor with outstanding order details with PDF.

Project 9 - Multisales Standard Co-pack

• Role : Solution Designer and Developer
• Description : Create Purcahse orders in SAP
• Technologies and applications involved : AA v11, Metabots, SAP

• Download purchase requisition and material details from SAP.
• Add details to database.
• Loop over each purchase requisition from database and check for enough donors.
• If sufficient donors are available, then it converts purchase requisition to purchase orders and inform business.

Project 1 - Automatic Incident Assignment

• Role : Developer
• Description : Assign incidents to the respective support person
• Technologies and applications involved : AA v11, Servicenow, Python, API
• Details :
• Fetch all the unassigned incidents received in service now using API.
• Loop over each incidents and search for the owner names in the reference file.
• Get id of the owner from service now using API and update the name of the owner in Service now using API.
• Send emails to the team with the incidents bot was unable to assign.
• Benefits :
• Per day support team receives around 30 incidents.
• Considering opening each ticket, searching the owner and updating the name takes 2mins, it requires 60 mins/1hr manual efforts daily.
• Which is equivalent to 30hrs per month.
• The above manual efforts have been overcame by the automated process.

Project 2,3 - Incident Breach, Change Request Close Reminder

• Role : Developer
• Description : Inform the owner about the ticket which is going to breach in next 24hrs. Inform the owner to close change when the due date is passed.
• Technologies and applications involved : AA v11, Servicenow, Python, API
• Details :
• Extract Change request and incident details from Service now using API.
• For incidents, check the SLA, if it is more than 85%, extract the email ID using API and send email notification to the owner.
• For change requests, check if the due date is already passed, if it has then extract the owner details using API and send email notification with the request link to close it.
• Benefits :
• The above process significantly reduced the breaching incidents, there by keeping the SLA in tact.
• The change requests were closed on time. It reduced raising of additional tasks which it the result of late closure.

Project 2,3 - Automated Problem Management

• Role : Developer
• Description : Raise problem ticket for the recurring incidents
• Technologies and applications involved : AA v11, Servicenow, Python, API
• Details :
• Get the all closed incidents details by the support group in the last quarter using API.
• Match the description of the incidents with a match of 90%.
• Count the number of incident description matching per process.
• If the count is more than the threshold, then raise a problem in SNOW using API and assign to the owner of the process.
• Benefits :
• The problems provided insight about the recurring issues to the support team.
• As the problems were fixed, it reduced the incidents and ensured smooth running of the bot.
