• Currently handling production of Banbury mixing & 4roll calender. Accomplished responsibility for monitoring & controlling the production/quality in shift. Entrusted with the task of monitoring the Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) of the production machines. Adept in Distribution of work load to operators in order to achieve daily production target. Actively involved in production planning & control, Rework & Scrap Handling. Effectively arrange and monitor operators operating activities and make sure that the Production Plans are fulfilled. Knowledge about basic safety, 5S, KANBAN, FIFO, SAP,TQM,TPM. Actively involved in production planning & control, internal auditor of 5S, inventory control, cost/rework/rejection reduction actions and MIS & MES. Involved in managing KAIZEN, 5S activities and for executing various Maintenance Practices for dynamic manufacturing operations on shop floor. Successfully Increased Production by Decreasing the Down Time. Set up quality and maintenance management systems to optimize operational productivity; responsible for daily quality analysis, production analysis, reporting and documentation. Judiciously deploy manpower, machines, and material resources to achieve defined production targets effectively and efficiently.
