  • Developed a New CME with 6 cardiologist for generating sales leads which was also implemented across Kerala and resulted in a 30% improvement in sales performance. Also which could able to increase the Cardiologist Prescribers.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing executives with company promotional campaigns and inputs that resulted in increase the P/D and B/D.
  • Increased my territories clients base by 10% to 40% resulted in good PCPM increase.
  • Focused on profit increase in a highly competitive environment by focusing on the less price sensitive customer and KOL and KBL's.
  • Reduced 30 % of Product Offer and special rate to all major institutions throughout my territories.
