❖ Equipments used for rework: ESD HOT AIR BLOWER (AD856), Tweezer, Microscope, ESD wristband, respective MLB fixtures, BGA rework RD 500 (De-bond machine) , glue knife, flux (Alpha OM340), ESD Ionizer fan, Soldering Iron (METCAL) and soldering paste/soldering balls.

❖ Manpower allocation and target accomplishments as per the requirements.

❖ Following up with testing procedure and SMA process to generate necessary reports, as per the requirement.
