  • The SWORDSS (Switched Ordering Support System) application reduces workload of CSSS (Customer Service Sales Specialists) for research and data entry/gathering
  • It helps in reducing rejections of orders based on better research and correct recommendations by automating portions of coordinated provisioning/move processes which are otherwise complex and manually intensive
  • This application consolidates and presents enough information for CSSS to initiate orders in legacy systems (SDN/OON and OCS/SS)

  • The USRP Worklist is a web-based tool that assists in clearing the fallout of all types of Order (New Stat, MACD orders for AVPN, EVPN, IPeFR/ATM VPNs and IP MIS, ADI, HALO, PL Services)
  • Allow user to load all types of orders to the downstream systems like ICORE, SOTS, OCSS, NISE
