• Daily DPR preparation and submit to Client, Certificate verification for cement, admixture, water. Slump test for fresh concrete and checking the temperature also.
• Marking the location diameter for excavation Ready the PCC base with compaction by vibro-roller and level for PCC.
• Marking the steel and flange layout as per drawing for erection flange with Hydra or crane, checking shuttering and steel as per drawing and get approval from client for casting.
• Sim plate fixing for grouting and making Brick bond for curing, Compression strength for concrete cubes in 7th, 21st, 28th day. Internal and External Road works using by Gravel, Morum, Locations coordinates checking, Crane platform making. Process quality audit for all DP yard civil work Safety Toolbox conduct meeting in daily basis. Weekly meeting conduct on every week about safety concerns. PPE'S Verification in site.
• Responsible for testing various materials in our lab as well as outside lab as per our specification & requirement of the materials.
• Concrete: - Trail Mix, Temperature, Slump, Cube making, Density, Compressive Strength (Cube/Core) and NDT tests.
• Aggregates :- Gradation, Abrasion Value, Impact value, Cruising value, Flakiness, Elongation, Specific Gravity, Density, Clay content.
• Soil :- proctor, Field density by Nuclear Gauge, Sand cone Method, sand replacement method ( per I.S. 2720).
• Expertise in monitoring & execution of projects within the stipulated budgets & timelines with proper quality follow-ups.
