• Sabre (Crew Management System): SQL based software testing and support at initial stage, Coordination with IT team and stakeholder for automation. As it is a newly developed system highlighting the issue to the IT team for resolution.
• ARMS (Aviation resource management system): Flight pairing create and break as per requirement. Creating additional leg (SNY, OBS, SAF etc.) for training flight or in case of any special instruction received from management. Coordinated with IT team for automation.
• AVIENT (Crew controlling system): Flight coverage, create and break paring as per requirement.
• AMADEUS (Check in & reservation system): Flight monitoring via system at the time check in and boarding.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and word.
