Cycle counting: Performing regular physical counts of inventory to verify accuracy against system records
Demand forecasting: Analyzing sales trends and historical data to predict future inventory needs and optimize stock levels
Supplier management: Collaborating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and address any supply chain issues
Inventory reports generation: Creating regular reports on inventory levels, stock turnover, and potential issues
Inventory system maintenance: Ensuring the accuracy and functionality of inventory management software
Discrepancy resolution: Investigating and resolving any discrepancies identified during stock checks
Implement targets of logistics costs & work on optimum logistics model
