· ANZ Region Banking Major- Developed a container-based MLaaS platform for process optimization in banking and automated bank guarantee processing using NLP and deep learning. Also implemented automated classification of home-loan documents across 18 categories and 90+ subcategories.

· EU Based Major Reinsurer- Implemented IoT-based smart building automation for improved space utilization and ML-driven automation of corporate real estate services using historical data analysis.

As Boeing's Data Scientist and AI Solution Architect, I develop AI models to optimize aerospace operations and predictive maintenance. I lead teams in creating data-driven solutions, aligning with strategic goals and industry standards. I also oversee AI technology integration to drive innovation and efficiency.

Employee Attrition & Data Management: Created models to assess attrition risk and retention strategies, and developed a Tableau dashboard for unified data access across functions.

Cost Optimization & Survey Analytics: Optimized non-production spending metrics and designed an automated framework for efficient survey analysis.

As Manager of Data Science and AI at Cognizant, I lead the Geospatial Analytics and AI Cortana CoC, drive research and PoV, and oversee delivery for multiple projects with 15+ data scientists. I handle business development and client relationships in insurance and create solution accelerators across the insurance value chain. Developed predictive models for driving scores and subrogation propensity, analysed campaign effectiveness with market mix modelling, and performed sentiment analysis on social media trends.

Key Project Delivery:

• European Global Reinsurer - Used geospatial analytics and advanced regression models for market penetration analysis, conducted entity relationship ranking, and optimized portfolio distribution to manage loss ratios.
• US General Insurer - Conducted application decommissioning assessments and forecasts, and analysed ticket inflow and root causes to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Dutch Life and Pension Insurer - Developed churn prediction and fraud detection models for pension customers, and validated profit-sharing algorithms for defined benefit products.
• Global Life Insurer - Developed real-time counter-offer models and predictive models for upselling and cross-selling higher value and complementary policies.

As Manager of Data Science and Analytics for Gaming and Pharma, I lead data-driven strategies to optimize performance and decision-making. In gaming, I focus on player behaviour analytics and retention, while in pharma, I drive insights from clinical trials and market trends. I oversee teams, ensuring data integrity and delivering actionable insights to support growth and innovation.

▪ US Gaming & Hospitality Major - Led customer segmentation, predictive modeling, coupon optimization, and reporting analytics projects to drive campaign effectiveness, cost reduction, and performance insights.

▪ US Pharma Major - Physician Sampling: Developed physician segmentation and classification for the Sales Force alignment and sample planning across the US geography.

As an Analytics Consultant in the GRC Practice (May'10 – Jul'13), I developed innovative, statistically-driven solutions for global insurance carriers, including claim analytics, subrogation, and fraud prediction. I also analysed and implemented strategies for risk compliance and Solvency II while leading data analytics, business intelligence, and competitor research efforts.

Key Project Delivery:

• US General Insurer - Led development and maintenance of P&C policy admin systems, managed DMV compliance requests, and created an in-house policy persistency solution using statistical analytics for risk management.
• US & Japan Life Insurer - Served as the sole Business Analytics for implementing an automated reporting system, managing requirement analysis, and preparing gap and mapping documents for legacy system integration.
• Indian Life Insurer - Performed gap analysis of reporting frameworks and KPIs, recommended predictive models, optimized sales and service dashboards with industry-standard KPIs, and designed a unified reporting platform with ad-hoc query and early reporting features based on user requirements.
• Global Telecom & Networking Major - Developed Communication Manager Code for a US telecom major, addressed customer enhancement requests, and upgraded IPv4 to IPv6 while ensuring inter-compatibility.
