• Responsible to maintain (Operations, Storage, Database & Power and resolve issues in Data Center).
• Support Hardware and software issues from Police Stations and Higher offices.
• Execution & Implementation of project activities.

2. For DISHA (DIGITISATION, INTEGRATION AND STANDARDISATION BY HARNESSING AUTOMATION).

Responsibilities in the Project.

• Data preparation from paper Documents of ONGC Branch offices in Assam namely Jorhat, Silchar, Nazira, Sibsagar, Agartala.
• Scanning and Upload the documents on the Datacap e-office in server.
• Verify the Documents on the Datacap e-office and submit it.
• Sorting out the problems related to Datacap e-office.
• Documentation and sign off for computer sites.

• Offered technical assistance to clients to facilitate seamless installations and updates.
• Scheduled and coordinated software update and hardware replacements.
