Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end cloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking) based on product needs.
• Choose appropriate cloud services (e.g., AWS & Azure) for specific use cases.
• Develop multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies if necessary.
• Build scalable systems to handle product growth (e.g., microservices, auto-scaling, load balancing).
• Ensure cloud infrastructure can support millions of users or requests if required.
• Implement robust security measures (e.g., encryption, IAM, firewalls).
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards like GDPR or SOC 2.
• Set up monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog & Zabbix) for performance and health checks.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the cloud environment.
• Monitor cloud spend and optimize costs using reserved instances, serverless architectures, or right-sizing resources.
• Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies.
• Experiment with new tools, services, and methodologies to improve the product.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for cloud architectures and best practices.
• Develop and enforce standards and guidelines for cloud usage across teams.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure cloud integration is smooth and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Provision, configure, and manage cloud resources such as virtual machines, storage, and networks.
• Manage user access and permissions using Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools.
• Implement and manage Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) and associated components.
• Ensure system performance by addressing bottlenecks and optimizing resource usage.
• Identify and resolve issues in the cloud environment, such as connectivity problems, performance drops, or service outages.
• Analyze logs and metrics to diagnose and fix technical problems.

Responsibilities:

• Providing enhanced support for Cisco ASA 55XX.
• Maintain Asterisk Contaque Server Based on Linux.
• Managing Internet Access Control, NAS Device & FTP Server.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the changes to firewall policy as per the SLA.
• Manage Predictive Dialer for inbound & outbound Campaigns for Various clients.
• Providing enhanced support for Desktop Users.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and troubleshooting of a LAN and WAN Network.
• Responsibility to troubleshoot the VoIP gateway.
• Maintain the Asterisk Dialer Server from Diff Vendor.
