Worked on Auditing the Members’ Check sent to JP Morgan website & posted into their Profile on Market Prominence (MEDHOK) Application through Amazon Workspace of the clients

Worked on Auditing the Members’ Tickets raised with the help of Voice caller Users on Medhok Application (check & validate the category & subcategory of the ticket, notes on member information, action notes & resolution notes)

Worked on Decisioning process of Accepting/Rejecting Check rejected by the Interface user on JP Morgan website & Balancing (check if the entries match in both JP Morgan & Member Prominence) through an excel sheet which has pre-programmed value system in place. Made a PPT on the process

Worked on Refund Validation, Refunding Posting of Members’ Balance amount using Market Prominence application & JP Morgan website

Main work on excel of uploading all the data (max 100-150 counts per day) of these above said process as a final document of production. Worked on consolidating the files of 20+ employees excel files
