We specialize in acquiring and managing income-producing industrial real estate leased to high-quality tenants in major markets across the United States. We target top industrial markets that support growing population centers within the U.S. Within those markets, we buy high-quality, flexible, single-tenant buildings with market-appropriate size and amenities, and we manage the portfolio for stable long-term tenancy and high tenant retention. The Standard Operating Procedure explains the procedure to create the 404 Package for the review of new leases and event-driven lease changes, like renewals and terminations. The “404” process refers to Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which mandates that all publicly traded companies must establish internal controls and procedures for financial reporting, and must document, test, and maintain those controls and procedures to ensure their effectiveness. Link uses this process tracking document to verify the accuracy of lease abstraction inputs into Yardi related to revenue recognition, and it reflects prescribed auditor-approved internal controls.
