  • Company Overview: Transfer Agency is a financial institution that acts, for a fee, as a record keeper for a publicly traded company, investment company, or similar company.
  • Managed various investment products, such as ISA (Individual Savings Account). JISA (Junior Individual Savings Account), OEIC (Open-Ended Investment Companies), etc. Currently managing the UK pensions process.
  • To ensure that all money-in and money-out transactions are placed within the valuation point applicable to the management company.
  • Ensuring adherence to client SLAs, KPIs, and deadlines during high volumes, with a high level of quality and production.
  • Responsible for workflows like Repurchase, Deposit, Switches, Transfer Out, Account maintenance, Regular Contribution, AML, Refunds, etc.

Affiliations

Bluedoor Migration (Nov-2015)

I was part of many clients account migration including, Allianze, Aberdeen, Neptune management companies. There were two big migrations happened in this organization.

One was operating system change, that is from AWD, FAST to Bluedoor. I was part of this migration and responsible for structured training plan and resource management without impacting the valuation point and SLA.

RA Pension Migration (Oct-2016):

This is the second biggest migration in the company. Where new product was migrated from old SALAS system into newly migrated Bluedoor system.

Me along with my team was travelled to onshore (Scotland ) for three months and migrated this team. The team has grown from 10 to 600+ since then. I was responsible for learning the new product, workflows and training offshore team, managing resources, daily SLA management , procedure drafting, managing risk and adding controls where necessary.
