• AIRCRAFT REFUELLERS, Refuelling & Defueling of different types of Aircrafts., Maintenance of aircraft refuellers like servicing & snag rectification., Quality Control on fuels used by Copper Strip test, Silver Strip test, Daily servicing for water contamination, Particle count test by CM-20., Updating of every day fuel consumption with Station logistics, Receiving and Seeing off base and as well as outstation aircrafts on the tarmac through marshalling procedures.
• CANBERRA AIRCRAFT, On posting to 6 SQN AF, MCF Course on Canberra a/c completed in Mar 1985, for first line and second line servicing on aircraft on its aero engine AVON 100 series., Daily servicing on Aircraft, First Flight Servicing, Turn Round Servicing, Last Flight Servicing, weekly servicing and out of phase servicing if any on aircraft., Maintenance servicing like Snag rectification of fuel system, Oil system, starting system after flying, Refuelling / Defueling of aircraft, Removal & Fitment Starter, Removal of fuel tanks connection etc…., Receiving & Seeing off aircraft on the tarmac for flying., Positioning of aircrafts from the hangar on the tarmac for the purpose of flying and also for snag rectification., Tarmac management through Tarmac management procedure
• MIG 23 BN & UB, On posting to 221 SQN done MCF on MIG 23 BN & UB Aircraft., Daily servicing on Aircraft, First Flight Servicing, Turn Round Servicing, Last Flight Servicing, weekly servicing and out of phase servicing if any on aircraft., Maintenance servicing like Snag rectification of fuel system, Oil system, starting system after flying, Refuelling / Defueling of aircraft, Removal & Fitment of Aero engine, Turbo Starter Starter, Hydraulic pumps, Removal of fuel system connection on engine/aircraft, Various engine mountings on engine/aircraft, Engine controls from the cockpit etc…., Receiving & seeing off aircraft on the tarmac for flying., Positioning of aircrafts from the hangar on the tarmac for the purpose of flying and also for snag rectification., Ground Running the Aero Engine on Test Bed for checking Engine full performance ratings after Overhaul/Repair at BRD., Brake manning of the aircraft while towing in/out of the hangar for flying and snag rectification., Tarmac management through Tarmac management procedure
• MIRAGE-2000 AIRCRAFT, On posting to No4BRD AF, No40 WG AF, MCF Course on Mirage-2000 a/c completed in May 1992 (for first line and second line servicing on aircraft on its aero engine M53-5, M53-P2., Overhauling of M53-P2 /Dismantling/Assembling of Aero engine., Supervision of trade and inspectional duties as a QAS Inspector., Overhauling of M53-P2 Aero engine overhauling, Test run performance and parameter check/inspection in Engine Test House.
• AIR NCC, On posting to No 1 Manipur ANCC, Conducted Aviation Technical Classes Theory & Practical for students recruited in Air NCC from different schools and colleges for A.B, C certificate exams., Preparation of Question papers, Model Answers, Updating Question Bank and time to time review of questions., Conducted exams on theory & Practical, Evaluating of answer sheets, Preparation of results., Conducting Camps in State and National level, Preparation of lesson plans, Weekly Training, Updating of Training aids, Encouraging the trainees to join in Defence Forces such as Army, Air Force and Navy.
• AT BRD’s M53-P2 AERO ENGINE, On posting to No.4 BRD for Fourth line servicing on M53-P2 aero engines removed from the Mirage-2000 aircraft due for overhauling., Scrutinizing of Engine logbooks to make the deficiencies in receipt, preparing list of servicing operations due and work task, Preparation of work records, issue of work records and detailing of gang size for the task and monitoring of task execution, Anticipation and planning of engines due for servicing, staggering of Overhauling plan as per the mission, raising demands of spares required in anticipation well in advance, Containerization/DE containerization of engine/modules for loading to different bays and similarly after the servicing the same is containerized., Supervising of overhauling activities on aero engine and Modules for critical activities, Reviewing of requirements and ensuring sufficient spares, work record copies, work packages, trained & skilled manpower is available for the task. Also plan for remedial actions.
• AT Engine Repair Shop M53-P2 AERO ENGINE, Vast experience in Dismantling/Assembling Of M-53-P2 Aero engines, servicing/repair of modules.
• QUALITY ASSURANCESE SERVICE(AERONAUTICAL), Vast experience in Overhauling of MiG 23 R29 B engine overhauling, Test run performance and parameter check/inspection in Engine Test House., in Overhauling of M53-P2 Aero engine overhauling, Test run performance and parameter check/inspection in Engine Test House., Working as Quality Inspector at Hindustan Aeronautical Service in Canberra Overhaul Project for 06 years in Air Force Station Agra.
