• Project 1(Cylinder Manufacturing) :

A) Quality monitoring of every stages of 14.2 kg Cylinder manufacturing.

B) various stages were coils inspection, halves inspection, welding inspection(C-welding, Bung welding, Foot-ring welding), Heat Treatment inspection, Hydrostatic test inspection, Grit blasting inspection, primer and paint inspection, pneumatic inspection, burst testing inspection, etc.

C) Performed open concerned related faculty verification.

D) Performed document verification, report maintained regarding cylinder manufacturing.

• Project 2(L&T Defence) :

A) Performed incoming Inspection, MIR(material inspcetion review), MCR(material clearence record) document review.

B) Performed set inspection, after welding inspection, on machine & off machine inspection, final dimensional inspection including primer coating and paint.

C) Witnessed ICS(inspection clearence slip) through document review.

D) Project lists : High power radar, Folded hanging door, K9 Vajra, Sudarshan AD Gun system, Underframe Welded Assembly, Pinaka Rocket launcher.

• Performed quality inspections of raw materials, set up, after welding, final dimensional and drafted reports to detail non-conforming material issues.
• Improved customer satisfaction levels with timely resolution of non-conformance issues and effective corrective actions.
• Project lists : Base Plate, Modular bridge, Missile chamber, Cradle, storage tanks, Pressure vessels.

• Radiators inspection.
• Contributed to root cause analysis to determine core reason for defects in radiators.
