• This includes optimized integrations between multiple systems, designing reusable components to avoid redundancy and duplication of effort. Also, this factors to all applications of the organization from B2C website, sellonline portal, Workflow management, Business Rule Engine and Data Architecture.
• Identification of cost improvement changes and cost savings plans to increase company savings.

Technical Product management for a low latency, high available, micro service architected, sell online portal for general insurance products on AWS cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

• Business as usual for POS systems [OFFLINE] enabling instant policy issuance to customer for Products such as Two-wheeler, Private Car, Health and Personal Accident.
• Catering to any system or product related change request by understanding the requirement from various stakeholders, analyzing the impact on systems, and post that transition from UAT to Production.
• Integration with Core system for transaction flow from Offline system to Core system.
• Delivery and enhancements of a new Policy Admin System [iPDS] with a total of 11 products across LOBs of Motor, Home, Health, Personal Accident and Group Products.
• Integration of iPDS platform with Online aggregators, agency and bank assurance partners.
• Relevant understanding of latest technology, code, databases and system architecture to ensure best viable solution to be delivered, blending with the business requirement.
• Managing a team of 5 members [2 Support, 2 Testers and 1 Business Analyst.] Accomplishments: Ø Clearance of licentiate exam.
