- Preparing drilling program, time plans, AFE and assisting the engineering lead on execution of the program.
- Safely steered wells from potential problematic zones. Help safely execute well being drilled in higher pressure formation in many exploratory well categories.
- Optimized of drilling loads, BHA design, Torque and Drag and close monitoring of Hole.
- Cleaning efficiency of the long drift high angle (>50 Inc) wells.
- Carried out multiple cementing operations including Single, multiple stages, liner and stage cementation.
- Planned and executed multiple zonal isolation plugs, balanced plug method and plug back operations for further drilling into a new hole.
- Carried out multiple successful completion strategies including single selective, dual selective horizontal, also annulus production in very complicated environment.
- Also planned for several De-Completion operations in highly inclined wells (Inc: >45 deg).
- Simultaneously handled multiple projects and 7 rigs (1200 hp, 1500 hp, 2000 hp, 2250 hp), with limited or no recorded incidents.
