  • I. Compliance: Cash Deposit: Adherence to SOP in Cash Deposit and CMS. In Case of exceptional discounts maintain adherence of SOP. Liaison with local statutory dept./bodies, Store Reports & documentation, and communication to HO,Smooth Functioning of all systems at all time. Adherence to all SOPs laid down for GSS Enrollments, ACH, PDC, NEFT Transaction, Customer Refunds, Manual Invoice, Repair. Freeze Gold Rate as per SOP. Fraud prevention and escalation. Ensure Insurance issued to customers are maintained as per SOP. Ensure smooth conduct of PI, closure of observation points and adjustments in shrinkage in coordination with HO Commercial.
  • II. Team Management: Mentor and Coach Team Members to create performers. Cashier & SC Training. Monitor and oversee team activities. Train Showroom Staff (CSA/ Cashier) on Promo Circulars.
  • Transaction Management: Manage Petty Cash and maintain all records as per the SOP. Maintain Payments of Utility Bills and its record in SAP as per SOP. Collection and Verification of all necessary documents required for completion of transaction. Daily Collection of Physical cash from POS and deposit in Vault Room. Reconciling all MOP (cash, card, credit note, banking, calques, OG, Gift Voucher etc.) and its adherence to SOP. Ensure Settlement EDC and Tally of MOP with System.
  • Customer Experience: Create Engaging Customer Experience. Undertake Improvements Leading to better Customer Service.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure Adherence of all SOPs in case of Inward, Outward. Ensure Daily Physical Stock Count (Counter & Vault). Collection of weekly damages and Tag damages list from Counter for further process. Oversee Damages and deviation items lying in vault & to take necessary action. Ensure Stock movement to counters on same day of inward. Ensure QC Tech repair stock consumables are updated in system on same day of repair.
