• Take proactive measures to uphold a strong safety culture throughout the entire production chain. Consistently adhere to and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines for all personnel. Conduct regular safety audits, participate in toolbox talks, and lead by example in reporting near-misses and potential hazards. Train team members on emergency procedures and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fostering awareness and accountability. Ensure all operations are conducted in compliance with statutory regulations and company safety policies, aiming to achieve zero-incident shifts.
