• Preparation of Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Testing Plan (ITP) & Work Methodologies.
• Review drawing & carrying in-process Inspection of site activities like – Survey work, earthworks in excavation & filling, Reinforcement work, formwork, Concrete works, Brickworks etc. at site.
• Involved in Check, confirm & Approval of Raw material source for Concrete Production.
• Inspection & testing of all Incoming Materials like – Cement, Coarse Aggregate, Fine Aggregate, Water, Admixture, Soil, Reinforcement, Bricks etc. as per Approved FQP / ITP.
• Conducting Concrete Mix design of grades: M10, M15, M20, M25, M30, M35, M40, M45, M50, SCC (Self-Compacting Concrete) & Pilling Concrete with Blended cement, and with OPC Cement & mineral Admixture (Fly Ash, GGBS, Alccofine etc.) at Site QC Lab.
• Review & Validation of External lab Test reports & Mix design reports of Materials.
• Monitor the testing of Materials in In-house / External Lab as per Frequency given in ITP / FQP.
• Controlling & Monitoring RMC Plant for Concrete Production and Testing of Materials in QC Lab.
• Involved & ensure ‘internal & 3rd Party’ Calibration of all lab equipment and RMC Plants.
• Attending the client review meeting with comprehensive documents and resolving site issues.
• Strongly Focus on Implementation of QMS (Quality Management System) at Working Area.
• Record all Non-conformance and reports to Management & undertake remedial action.
• Reviewing of vendor supplied items in accordance with Contractual requirements.
• Reviews Test results to evaluate compliance to project specification acceptance criteria.
• Conducting Internal Site Audits and participated in External Audits.
• Conducting MRM with site teams for discussion on site related issues & resolution.
• Conducting training to staffs & Workmen frequently to ensure improvement in product quality.
• Recording and clearing all civil punch lists with site team before handing over.
• Conduct Quality inspections of activities at sites and report to management.
• Involves in Co-ordination with Inspection cell for Inspection of project related items as per Approved QAP at vendors manufacturing shop and Review of Inspection Reports.
• Submission of Monthly Quality Report and Product Quality Report to Cluster & HQ.
