Key Work Responsibilities Description (OSS&ENM).

• Responsible for analyzing, designing and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customers specifications and business needs.
• Responsible for the delivery of services (scope, cost, quality, time and customer satisfaction) within OSS service delivery portfolio from Solutioning to Delivery phase.
• Leading project activities in the analysis, planning, establishment (execution), realization (execution), handover (execution) and conclusion phases.
• Ensuring error-free documentation of design documents (HLD/LLD), Comm-Matrix, MOPs.
• Planning project activities, along with project CPM and onsite peers.
• Taking ownership and responsibility for quality of technical deliverables, review of technical documents for assigned projects.
• Supporting technical upskill of the Solution Architects/Integration Engineers in the OSS span through necessary trainings in upcoming areas of Product Roadmap, Containerization, CI/CD etc.
• Perform installation and upgrade of ENM,OMBS,CNOM,UDC and troubleshoot.
• Formulate test plans and use cases as per configuration and network features bought by customer.
• Prepare for migration plans.
• End to end troubleshooting for the issues related to OSS/ENM Platform, Fault Management, User Management, Software/Hardware Management, STS Management, and OSS applications.
