It also helps to identify the users account details through servers and match it with the bank’s database.A string of numbers and characters available in the voiceprint, which helps identification, represent the way to measure an individual’s voice rates on a host of characteristics.For security purposes, the voice recognition feature is being enabled only on calls that are made from the registered phone of its customers.
