  • As an Assistant Product Manager, I played a vital role in the product lifecycle, supporting the Product Manager in getting documentation done with OEMs, obtaining a vendor list from OEMs, bifurcating the leads as per MSME, and assigning leads to the respective RMs across Pan India.
  • My responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of product milestones, analyzing market trends and user feedback, and driving improvements in product features.
  • I worked as a relationship manager for Mumbai clients. As an RM, I had to approach vendors selling bill discounting and term loans to customers. There were a total of 70 vendors assigned under me directly, and when customers were unable to get any solutions from other RMs, they directly connected to me and got things done.
  • I handled the workload of five product managers from pan-India locations. All operational work, such as getting bills from vendors, obtaining approvals from corporates, discounting bills, and tracking repayments from OEMs. From getting leads from OEMs to final collection, all major activities were handled by me.
