Currently serving as the State Programme Coordinator in the State Project Management Unit (PMU) at Krushi Bhawan, Bhubaneswar, for the Government of Odisha’s flagship scheme — “Promotion of Indigenous Aromatic and Non-Aromatic Paddy with Export Potential/Local Market” under the Cluster Development Programme (CDP), implemented by the Directorate of Agriculture and Food Production (DA&FP), Government of Odisha.

Ensuring seamless integration of all activities spanning from pre-cultivation planning to post-harvest marketing, thereby facilitating end-to-end programme delivery and impact generation.

• Served for six months as Institution Expert (Marketing) in the State PMU at Krushi Bhawan, Bhubaneswar in the scheme 'Promotion of Indigenous Aromatic and Non aromatic Paddy with export potential/local market' under 'CDP', DA&FP, Govt. of Odisha.
• Monitored and facilitated the smooth implementation of the above-mentioned scheme across 13 districts of Odisha.
• Oversaw complete post-harvest management including procurement of indigenous aromatic and non-aromatic paddy by Community-Based Organisations (CBOs), establishment of aggregation points, and storage infrastructure at the village level.
• Actively promoted indigenous aromatic and non-aromatic rice varieties in the local market through participation in various Government-led events such as Krushi Odisha 2025, Utkarsh Odisha 2025, Akshay Tritiya Programme 2025, and Bikash Mela 2025.
• Organised Buyer-Seller Meets involving both domestic and international buyers.
• Facilitated signing of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) between CBOs and buyers for the 2024-25 marketing year, enabling export of indigenous paddy to Middle Eastern and European markets during Krushi Odisha 2025.
• The entire set of activities was carried out under my supervision and coordination in close collaboration with the Directorate of Agriculture and Food Production, Agriculture Departments of the respective 13 districts, and CBOs at the block level.

• Served for six months as District Coordinator at CDAO Office, Rayagada district, Odisha, in the scheme 'Promotion of Indigenous Aromatic and Non aromatic Paddy with export potential/local market' under 'CDP', DA&FP, Govt. of Odisha.
• During this tenure, I was responsible for monitoring and ensuring the smooth implementation of the programme under the aforementioned scheme across 6 Blocks of Rayagada District, Odisha.
• A comprehensive Package of Practices was implemented under my supervision and coordination, which included:
• Seed distribution
• Bio-input distribution
• Capacity building and training programmes for progressive farmers
• Adoption of organic cultivation practices.
• Crop Cutting Experiments (CCE)
• Harvesting and post-harvest management of the produce.
• These activities were executed in coordination with the Chief District Agriculture Officer (CDAO), Block Agriculture Officers (BAOs), Assistant Agriculture Officers (AAOs), Agriculture Overseers (AOs), Village Agriculture Workers (VAWs), and Community-Based Organisations (CBOs), in close collaboration with the farmers from various tribal villages of the district.

• Served for one year as Accountant-cum- Office Administrator at Jagannath Electronics, Puri.
• During this tenure I was handling the books of accounts, GST and other taxations and Judiciary dispute settlements.
• As an Office Administrator I had managed the field functionaries and handled a team of service engineers and coordinated with clients for troubleshooting.

• Served for one year and two months as Store Manager in the following sector;
• Recording inward and outward stocks.
• Supervising Assistant Managers and Store Supervisors.

• Served for two months as Executive Trainee in the following sector;
• Field level operation of Microfinance institution.
• Branch management, staff management and target achievement.
• Resolving recovery issues in the field by motivating borrowers towards Joint liability Group model.
• Management of microfinance operation with policies at Cluster or Regional level.
