Client 1 : Al Tayer Group (ATG)

• Actively participated in the Realization phase of SAP S/4HANA 2022 SP2 implementation project.
• I took ownership of the configuration and testing of Direct Procurement processes.
• My responsibilities included configuring and testing end-to-end scenarios for STO, Subcontracting, ARM, TPO, and PTO processes with delivery within the MM module.

Client 2: NNPC ( Nigerian National Petroleum Company)

• I am being a part of end-to-end implementation project for SAP S/4 HANA 2021 with Ariba Integration.
• Gathered the MM requirements, Process flow diagram, prepared Blueprint, finalized the Fit gap analysis & WRICEF object single handedly.
• Functional specification document preparation for WRICEF object, Develop the client requirement & provide the signoff after testing with desired results.
• Moving the TRs with config sequence to multiple desired systems as per the different phases of implementations.
• Successfully completed the end-to-end testing for MM scenarios in FUT & SIT by using ALM tool.
• Also being a part of E-learning team to prepare MM training document like PPT, VILT Simulation, video recording & Questionary lists.
• Training provided successfully to key users, end users, supported users during UAT & received the signoff.
• Migrated the master data & transactional data by using FIORI DMC app (Data Migration cockpit) in Cutover phase.
• Also be a part of onside travel to client location Abuja, Nigeria for client interaction to finalize the Blueprint SAP MM processes, Org structure & to get the signoff of all the implementation documents.

• Requirement gathering from business on understanding of making new functional specifications and working on CR’s(Change Request) in area of SAP-MM.
• Received various SAP production Incident, analyze the issues to find the root cause by taking help of ABAP, Security or Basis team if necessary and fix the issue.
• Sometimes a change request needed to fix the issue.
• Worked on issues related to various Purchase Order (Return order, Subcontracting, Consignment), Contract, release procedure, Stock transfer Order, Pricing Procedure, Scheduling Agreement, Message output determination.
• Configuring release procedures for purchase order using release code for multiple approvers.
• Logging issues using tools like JIRA to resolve any functional issues efficiently.
• Cross integration issues relating to MM-FI, MM-SD and MM-PM were handled.
• Conducting Knowledge transfer to the new Associates.
• Attending Client calls weekly, discussing the functionality and the process, and looking for a scope of CR creation to bring business to the Company.

• Discussing and understanding the application functionality in area of SAP-MM.

• Creating, updating & extending of operating Supply, Repairable, Non repairable, Hers & Procurement of consignment material after analyzing through some specific scenario.
• Create of simple, complex & foreign vendor by verifying all the required documents from vendor.
• Create & amend of customer master like SOLD-TO, SHIP-TO, BILL-TO & PAYER.
• Maintaining CMIR, PIR, BOM, Contract and Source list in SAP.
• Create & Maintain pricing condition record for various customer.
• Creating Winshuttle script for mass data upload for different module of SAP through transaction and query mode.
• Worked on purchasing issues received from procurement team.
• Uploading bulk material master & price master data in LSMW.
• Analyzing the data in a regular interval time using various SAP tables such as MARA, MARC, MVKE etc. and suggesting the necessary changes to be done in SAP.
• Preparing the documents such as SOP, QC checklist and Monthly Dashboard for the businesses.

• Working as Material Data Steward (Quality check). Managing material master includes Data cleansing & Data enrichment using tools SAP & MDM PORTAL.
• Strong knowledge on UNSPSC code, Classification of materials & Design standard through domain knowledge & industry experience.
• Weekly & monthly review done on item Creation, Update, Duplicate, Plant Extend/Block & MRP update using dashboard.
• Taking some extra responsibilities like Preparing QC report of team members, Volume & SLA tracker of the team and giving training to the new joiner for coming up to next level.

• Involved into all data management activities like “Data Cleansing, Data Enrichment, Data Validation & Data Mapping of all the engineering materials for various departments such as Elec, Mech, Instrumentation require for day to day maintenance and repair work in the plant.
• Collecting information like Tag number, Drawing number, Item name, Part number, Mandatory specifications from SPIR form and populated in the E-Spir tool.
• Check duplicates for generic/non-generic items from SAP and run de-duplication usage report for multiple duplicates.
• Checking mandatory attributes and values for generic material by following MESC of ONLINE CMT.
• Completing advisor activities in e-SPIR and submit the BR upload format to the client.
• Fetching all parameters from the P&ID and SLD diagram.
• Tagging all parameters and creating function location for all components as per the ISA standards and assigning ISO level and class type.
