• Preparation & posting of different journals like GIND, AMC, FBT, CIT, Logistic Accrual, Reversing
Journals, Other Non-invoiced Journals, Accrual Journals.
• Preparation of the sales dashboard and a comparative analysis with previous year, previous month and
budget numbers.
• Review of unposed batches based on the sales dashboard and providing confirmation to the customers
for the closure of sales figures. This activity is performed only for coffee.
• Reconciliation of the ME numbers provided by the clients with the budgeted figures.
• Preparation of Marketing Tracker & Marketing Payments reports.
• Preparation of the overhead file.

Job profile as Tax Analyst (US Tax Reporting): -

• Preparation of audit ready financials for multiple countries (LATAM, Asia, Europe, MEA countries), for
one of the leading industries in US, for their statutory tax submission.
• The audit ready financials include Trial Balance, STIR Uploads, Transaction Register, Revenue
Invoicing VAT Sales Reconciliation, Sales and Expense details, GAAP to STAT walk along with
Retained Earnings Reconciliations and other tabs.
• Preparation of extra schedules like related party transaction summary, parts reconciliation etc. required
for statutory filing.
• Stat Margin Review for 9 Asian countries.
• Input and Output VAT reconciliation & reporting.
• Supporting the statutory audit requirements.

• Graphical presentation on those defects' percentage for analyzing defects on monthly basis.
• Power point presentations on defects percentage for showcasing & presenting data in meeting.
